What a treat on Friday when Dave Webber & Anni Fentiman made a most welcome return to the Everyman Folk Club – a magnificent start to the new year. These two stalwarts of the folk scene treated us to a varied repertoire of traditional and contemporary songs, each one presented perfectly and enhanced by intimate and glorious harmonies. An evening of tremendous singing from our guests – and from the room too … not having a chorus in a song doesn’t stop the Everyman audience from joining in!

Great floor spots too, from Bill Johnston & Sheila Darling, Mike Green & Dave Tricker, Mary-Jane Tyrrell, and Steve Danby. Thank you everyone.

Special thanks as well to Ade, Alan, Andy, Ian and Mike for their heroics in the waterlogged overflow car park – you saved the day.

Huge thanks to our excellent audience for your continued support of the club and your terrific chorus singing too – you are exceptional. We look forward to seeing you again on Friday 23 February 2018 when our guests are an outstanding trio of young performers, Granny's Attic.
